Shipping Policy

When can I expect my shipment to be delivered?

 All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working days of placing the order.

Some of the goods are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are manufactured and shipped directly from our own factories in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Delivery will take between 10 and 20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologize for any shipping delays that may occur if the shipment is subject to customs clearance or inspection, or if a shipping delay is caused by the carrier.

 

How can I track my order?

 

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net.

 

What are your shipping costs?

 

We have a flat shipping rate of $5.99 to all destinations worldwide.

 

Which countries do you ship to?

How can I change my delivery address?

 

Address changes are only permitted on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, +1 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us at support@schonentag.com to request such changes.

 

Can I deliver to an address other than my card billing address?

 

Yes, it is possible.

 

How will my order be shipped?

 

Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
